E antes de tomar A decisão para os próximos 5 meses comprei estes meninos:

que era básicamente o que me andava a faltar no armário há anos! 

Queria uma espécie de sabrina aberta à frente, bem ao estilo 90's que as minha tias francesas usavam cá no verão! 

And before taking the decision for the next five months I bought these boys:
That was basically what was missing in my closet for years!
 I wanted a kind ballet flat open on the front and very 90's that my French aunts used to wear in their summers here in Portugal!

Então é assim, enquanto fazia fotossíntese na esplanada do Adamastor em Lisboa li uma reportagem do "Nota Positiva" - uma revista gratuita lisboeta que arrecadei nos Armazéns do Chiado e que se chamava: "30 dias com  30 Euros" : "O ano novo trouxe vida cara. Depois de ver a "ginástica" que esta jornalista teve de fazer (lançamentos de livros, festas, exposições com snacks e bebidas à disposição e ela estava lá!;P) fiquei a pensar se realmente não estava (mos?) a comprar tudo por impulso. O artigo é super giro de se lêr (se não o encontrarem posso vos passar) e depois disso tomei uma decisão, e aqui vem a parte da gargalhada -.-':

Vou ficar 5 meses sem comprar roupa ou acessórios! malas, pulseiras, camisas fica tudo em stand-by até os tempos melhorarem, a carteira engordar e eu der melhor uso ao que já tenho!

The article is super fun to read and after that I made a decision, and here comes the part of laughter -. - ': 

 I'll be five months without buying clothes or accessories! Bags, bracelets, shirts everything is on stand-by until times improve, the wallet gets fatter and I give best use of what I already have!

Sim, o desafio está longe de ser novo, e eu própria já o tinha feito mas durante um mês (e oh se custou!) mas queria me pôr um pouquinho mais à prova. Não vão ser 6 meses porque não gosto de números pares e 5 sendo o número da Coco Chanel pareceu-me um bom presságio. 

Neste meu desafio tenho no entanto um aparte: calças de ganga e umas calças azuis de cinta de alta! Estas 2 peças posso comprar por uma razão mais que simples, eu detesto comprar calças, odeio mesmo, quase só com uma arma apontada à cabeça por isso não vai ser por ai que me vou perder!

Yes, the challenge is far from new, and I  have done a similar one myself  for a month but I wanted to proof myself I could a little more. It won't be for six months because I don't like even numbers and 5 being the number of Coco Chanel seemed a good omen.
But in my challenge I have an aside: jeans and a blue high waist pair of trousers! I can buy these two  because i really need them but i also hate buying pants, hate it, almost only with a gun in my head so I won't get crazy about it, don't worry!

Criei o hábito de ir para uma esplanada (ou até mesmo um café giro!) e ficar lá horas sozinha se for preciso!

Adoro, é daqueles momentos em que estou só comigo e que posso pensar e decidir tudo sem ninguém a colocar entraves ou opinar. 

Ontem estive no Adamastor e tive desses momentos, amanhã conto! ;)

I created the habit of going to a terrace (or even  to a cute coffee!) and to stay there for hours alone if needed!

I love, it's those moments that I'm just with me and I can think and decide everything without anyone hindering!

Yesterday I was in Adamastor (in lisbon) and had those moments, I'll tell you all about it tomorrow! ;)

Meat Free Monday - spinachi pasta

A receita desta semana deu-me uma certa dor de cabeça! Encontrei-a numa revista que encontrei perdida lá por casa e vim para Lisboa +- preparada para a fazer! Óbvio que por não ter alternativa a receita não me convenceu totalmente mas nada que a imaginação não tenha tratado.

Pela segunda semana consecutiva vamos rechear alguma coisa e acrescentar frutos secos porque as receitas originais deixavam a boca a pedir mais qualquer coisinha!;)

The recipe this week gave me a small headache! I found it in a magazine lost at home  so I came to Lisbon + - prepared to do it! Obviously that not having an alternative made me not totally like how the recipe turned out. But nothing my imagination couldn't handle.

For the second week we fill something and will add nuts because the original recipe left my mouth asking for something more;) 

Ingredientes:

- Espinafres congelados (também podem misturar com bróculos)

- Massa em concha gigante

- Alho, cebola

- Requeijão

- Pimenta, azeite, noz moscada, manjericão e/ou tomilho

- Frutos secos: nozes (eu não tinha por isso cacei com gato:amendoins!)

- Queijo da Ilha 

- Vinho branco qb

Ingredients:

- Frozen spinach (can also mix with broccoli)

- Giant shell pasta

- Garlic, onion

- curd

- Pepper, olive oil, nutmeg, basil and /or thyme

- Nuts: walnuts (I didn't have it so I used it's "cousin": peanuts!)

- Cheese of the Island

- White wine

Em primeiro lugar ponham as conchas de massa a cozer.

Para o recheio: piquem a cebola e o alho bem fininhos e ponham a alourar em azeite. Acrescem os espinafres (um cubinho dá para encher uma concha+-) e deixem cozinhar um bocado, temperem com sal, pimenta e a noz moscada. 

Retirem do lume e envolvam o requeijão esmagado com os espinafres - verifiquem os temperos e acrescentem manjericão se quiserem.

Peguem numa massa/concha e com uma colher recheiem com os espinafres.

First put the pasta to cook.

For the filling: shred the onion and the garlic very thin and  let it brown in olive oil. Add the spinach and let it cook a bit, temper with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

After a while remove from heat and involve the crushed cheese  - check the seasoning and add basil if you want.

Take a mass / shell and with a spoon fill it with the spinach filling.

Pronto, eu cheguei aqui, provei e o meu paladar ficou: "meh!!!...."

Então voltei a aquecer mais alguns espinafres e puz um bocadinho de vinho de branco. Quando estes já estavam cozinhados acrescentei mais um bocado de requeijão e os amendoins para dar algum crocante ao prato!;) Usei este preparado como "molho" à volta das massas e cobri com queijo (aconselho um queijo forte com o das Ilhas ou o parmesão!) e pimenta! 

Coloquem a dourar um bocadinho no forno ou no grill e já está!

Bem melhor que o da receita da revista!;)  

Okay, so I got here, and my mouth taste was like: "meh! ...."

So I went to warm some more spinach and a little white wine. When they were cooked I added a bit more cottage cheese and peanuts to give the dish a some crispiness ;) I used this as "sauce" around the pasta and next cover with it all with cheese (recommend with a strong cheese: Parmesan  or from the Islands) and pepper!

Put it to brown a bit in the oven or grill and you're done!

Much better than the one from the magazine!;)

Eu por mim, gosto de espelhos não-muito-bons! Se acharem que estão o máximo, eventualmente a confiança que têm vai superar as figuras menos felizes que possam estar a fazer!... ;)

I say this because it may reflect beautiful things as well as cutting our wings and imagination!

As for me, I like not-very-good mirrors! If you think you look wonderful your confidence will overpower  the less happy figures you might be doing! ... ;)

almost 1 year of Chips-ina-Fishbowl

Ora bem, aqui o chips está quase a fazer 1 ano!:D

O primeiro post está efectivamente marcado com o dia 20 de Fevereiro mas como só cá comecei a escrever mais a sério a partir do dia 3 de Março significa que temos uma aniversário cigano de mais de uma semana para fazer!;P

Não faço muito bem ideia do que vou fazer mas uma coisa é certa, vou explicar o nome do blog! Até lá, de onde acham que fui buscar nome tal parvo? ;P

Well, my chips here is almost one year old! :D

The first post is actually marked on February 20 but as I started writing more seriously from March 3 that means that we have a gypsy birthday party to do with more than a week! ;P

I have no idea of ​​what I do but one thing is certain, I'll explain the blog name!
