Ora bem, se a semana passada pensava que a receita que vos trazia era inspirada na preguiça a desta semana então nem tenho adjectivo para ela!
Para muitos o mês de fevereiro é o mês do amor; para mim, que odeio o dia dos namorados (e este ano estou-lhe com um pó especial!) não tem essa associação, para mim Fevereiro são crepes! :D Familia materna francesa e tal, no Carnaval faz-se crepes porque é essa a tradição lá.
Mas eu como qualquer criança quero crepes todo o ano e é isso mesmo que vos "dar" hoje x)
Para além de serem óptimos doces ou salgados os crepes podem ser a solução para um jantar de amigos vegetarianos e não-vegetarianos! Ora vejam:

For many the month of February is the month of love, for me, that hate Valentine's Day (and this year specially even more!) has no such association, to me February means crepes! :D Because I have a french family we eat crepes at the Carnival because that is the tradition in France.

But as any child I want crepes through the all year and that is what I will "give" you now x)
Receita de crepes de familia
Ingredientes:
-250g de farinha
-2colheres (ou menos) de açúcar
- 1/2 colher de café de sal fino
- 2 colheres de sopa de óleo
- 1/2L de leite
- 3 ovos
- aroma: casca de limão, gin, rum...
Põe-se numa tigela a farinha em monte, no centro deita-se o açúcar, o sal fino e as 2 colheres de oleo.
Juntar metade do leite (1/4 L)e misturar tudo começando no centro.
Mom says: é preciso trabalha-la energicamente!
Depois incorporamos os ovos batidos e o resto do leite. Depois é só juntar o aroma e deixar repousar um bocadinho.
Ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2L milk
- 3 eggs
- Aroma: lemon peel, gin, rum ...
Put in a bowl the flour in a pile and in the center the sugar, fine salt and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add half the milk (1/4 L) and mix everything starting on the center.Mom says: you have to work it strongly!Then, you incorporate the eggs and the rest of the milk. Last add the aroma and allow it to stand a little bit.

Frigideira bem quente e "pincelada" com oleo? Com uma concha de servir sopa deitem a massa a partir do centro e vão rodando a frigideira para que esta fique espalhada uniformemente. Assim que o crepe comece a perder o aspecto líquido e a ficar mais amarelo-torrado com uma espátula comecem a tentar descolá-lo da frigideira! Virem ao contrário quando der (;P) e sempre em frente!!...
Esta massa dá para +-24 crepes (é buééé!) por isso não se preocupem se estragarem alguns!;)
Now, do you know the process? Non-stick pan to heat, next to it another pot with hot water and a dish above it (we will put the ready crepe in that dish and because it's hot they won't get cold or hard, little trick ;P) and a little bowl with oil for brushing the pan once in a while!
Frying pan hot and "stroke" with oil? With a spoon to serve soup throw the dough starting from the center and go running the pan so that it is spread evenly. Once the crepe begins to lose it's raw appearance and become more dark yellow, with a spatula start trying to detach it from the pan! As soon as you can turn it around and keep going! ;)
This will be enough for + -24 crepes (it's a looot!) so don't worry if some get spoiled ;)
O giro dos crepes é que tanto podem ser doces (com gelado, doces, nutella blabla...) como salgados (adicionem queijo, cogumelos, pimentos...) e voilá! Têm uma refeição pronta mega divertida e que c'mon, nem os mais carnivoros por aí vão conseguir dizer não!;)
The fun with crepes is that they can be sweet (with ice cream, jam, nutella ... blabla) or salty (add cheese, mushrooms, peppers ...) and voila! Have a mega fun meal and c'mon, even the most carnivorous person won't say not to that! ;)
Eu juro que vou melhorar as fotos aos pratos!
